Relaxing View
Relaxation is very important when it comes to releasing stress out of our lives. By catching stress symptoms before they get blown out of proportion – if stress and negative emotions are over produced, they can cause damage to the body. By relaxing and working on some relaxation techniques you won’t have to strain the next time you end up on the toilet.
Relaxation not only helps to relax the muscles in your colon to easily pass feces, you also slow down you heart rate, lower your blood pressure, lower your breathing rate, increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, improve concentration, reduce anger and frustration, and boost your confidence level.
Relaxation techniques can include yoga, tai chi, listening to music exercise, meditation, hypnosis and getting a massage. Below you will find two videos I found on YouTube to help with relaxation.
