It worked for me after several attempts to deal directly with the company. As for, colon cleansing, good old fashion caster oil worked best for me. I stupidly ordered this product on Feb. 14 and received it on Feb.20. On Feb 22 they deducted $87.47 from my account (before the trial period ended). I requested a refund on Feb. 23 and to cancel my account. As of today April 29, I'm still waiting for my refund. I've called weekly and have constantly been told be patient and give them a little more time to check on the problem. The PROBLEM is they don't want to refund my money and they're hoping I'll go away. BIG SCAM!!!! Trust me doi not buy this product. First: They count on the customer NOT reading the terms of aggreement AND not following the terms of return down to the exact letter.. i.e. check out HOW many days you have before you have to return the product/s. Second: You MUST return the product/s using a confirmation that requires a signature, WHY? because they will use this for a loop hole to say they never received it back! In additon you need to document all conversations, Emails, dates, RMA# and KEEP your Postal receipt FOREVER, because they will hit you months after the fact, banking on the possibility that you no longer have proof of the return (though THEY KNOW you did!) Lastly, their collections department will tell you that if you don't pay your bill then they will sell your account to a third party collections agency where it will incure additional late fees!! So they get $$$ regardless of the outcome! THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! READ ALL TERMS OF AGREEMENTS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
